Sylvan Lake Park offers state-of-the-art equipment for complete physical conditioning. The facility includes 15,000 sq. ft. of conference and training space, locker rooms, 11 tennis courts and six international dimension soccer/multipurpose fields, four of which have lights for night play. This venue is currently the home training site for MLS’s Orlando City Lions Soccer Club.
Seminole County offers indoor sports facilities for everyone to enjoy athletic activities year-round regardless of weather conditions. The county recreation centers provide indoor courts and gym space for sports like basketball, volleyball, and general fitness.
