Built in 1976, the Red Bug Lake Park is located on Red Bug Lake with 60 beautiful acres of active and passive recreation. It boasts the second largest tennis complex in Orlando North, and has hosted the Regional and Sectional USTA Tournaments, Florida High School Athletic Association District and State Championships, and the USTA Junior Team Tennis State Championships. The facility has also hosted the FHSAA Tennis Championships from 2008-2015 and will follow suite for 2016. If you’re planning a big tennis tournament you can take advantage of additional courts nearby at Sanlando Park and Sylvan Lake Park National Training Center, which gives you the ability to utilize 50 total courts.
